We maintain database on a secure environment where users feel safe from spam, scams, and unsolicited contact, and where verification processes are robust but discreet.

3. How do you cater to my request for a particular service?

We ensure that requests are judged manually purely on the submitted requirements.

4. Can I switch my tutor/coach if i am not satisfied?

Our flexible model of engagement permits switching of tutor/coach for most of our offered services. For few services that are course based, it may not be feasible to switch.

5. What is your pricing model?

Pay per session(For Interview Prep/Tuition/Coaching), Fixed Course Package, Subscription Model

6. What is your cancellation/refund policy?

We refund 100% of your fees/service charges if you have made the payment and not availed the services after due verification

7. Do you accept payments on your platform?

We don’t accept any payment on our platform

8. Do you offer bulk enrollment discount?

It depends on the service provider. However, we negotiate bulk rate on your behalf with the service provider.
