The Problem with “One Size Fits All”

We, as classroom tutors with 15+ years of experience, know the reality: No two children learn the same way. Every student has a unique pace, a specific learning style, and different areas where they struggle or excel.

Generic classroom teaching, by its very nature, caters only to the selected few in the class. This results in widening of learning gap and loss of confidence. Students are often hesitant to ask questions in a large group, leading to unaddressed confusion and a growing sense of academic inadequacy.

PickJo was conceptualized to bridge this gap for majority of the students. We are not just connecting tutors, we assess the academic understanding of the subject for the student by engaging them with subject expert and then design learning programs tailored to their individual needs, ensuring focused attention that transforms weaknesses into strengths.
